Strategy + Execution, Audience, and Builder work together to create event programs that strengthen business performance, engage and resonate with the right audiences, and deliver lasting value.

Strategy + Execution

Business-first thinking paired with disciplined execution to align every decision with your objectives, your audience, and your desired outcomes.

Nothing is random.‍ ‍Everything is intentional.

Audience

Every event begins with the audience. We design experiences around how people think, move, connect, and engage, creating moments that feel authentic, relevant, and purposeful.

Designed for people.‍ ‍Driven by insight.

Builder

We build with purpose. Every experience, program, and portfolio is intentionally designed to balance creativity, functionality, and business impact to create experiences that engage audiences and leave organizations stronger than before.

Creativity with intention.‍ ‍Impact by design.

How We Work

Strategic Leadership. Tailored Partnership.

Every organization starts from a different place. Whether building something new, strengthening what exists, or providing experienced support during periods of change, we adapt our roleto fit your business needs through the engagement models below.

Build: Create something new. We partner with organizations to develop new eventprograms, portfolios, and operating frameworks from the ground up.

Transform: Improve what already exists. We strengthen existing event programs by refining strategy, audience experience, operations and measurement.

Steward: Carry something in trust. We assume responsibility for existing event programs and portfolios, protecting continuity, maintaining momentum, and delivering results until leadership or ownership transitions back to the organization.

Integrate: Join something. We embed within internal teams or agency partners to provide experienced leadership, strategic support, and/or execution support wherever additional capacity is needed.

Event Leadership Expertise:

We primarily partner with organizations around the world across three areas of event leadership.

Tentpole Industry Events: Major industry conferences, trade shows, and brand experiences, such as CES in Las Vegas or MWC in Barcelona.

Flagship Events & Internal Experiences: Company conferences, sales kick offs, leadership summits, and employee experiences.

Executive Engagement Programs: Executive briefings, advisory boards, customer councils, VIP hospitality, and C-suite experiences.

Across every engagement, we look for thoughtful opportunities to reduce environmental impact through smarter materials, responsible sourcing, and practical reuse, without compromising the experience, goals, and budget.

Behind The Barclay Collective

After two decades leading global event strategy, marketing, and executive event programs for Fortune 10 companies and growing organizations, I founded The Barclay Collective to bring senior-level event leadership directly to clients.

Throughout my career, I've built new event programs, transformed existing portfolios, and partnered with executive leaders to create experiences that connect audience engagement with measurable business outcomes. Whether supporting an internal team or integrating with an agency partner, my approach remains the same: strategy first, audience always, and execution that delivers.

My background in cultural marketing shapes every engagement, reminding me that understanding people is what makes strategy work. I'm also a photographer, and I believe the smallest details often create the strongest connections.

The Barclay Collective exists to help organizations build stronger event programs through thoughtful strategy, experienced partnership, and intentional execution.
